When you apply for a NODO Table or contact us, we may collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your city
• Social profile links you choose to share (optional)
• Information about your work, interests and motivation for applying
• Who introduced you to NODO (optional)
• Your marketing consent preference (optional checkbox)

Application vs. marketing communication

Application processing: Your email address is required to process your Table application. We use it to review your application, communicate decisions (accepted, waitlisted, or declined), and — if you are accepted — send your private invitation to confirm your seat.

Marketing communication: If you separately opt in via the checkbox on the application form, we may also send you information about future NODO Tables and experiences. You can withdraw this consent at any time without affecting your current application.

If you are not selected for a specific Table but opted in to marketing, we may retain your details to consider you for future gatherings — subject to your consent and our retention policy.

Why we collect it

We use this information to:

• Review and process Table applications
• Compose a thoughtful mix of guests for each Table
• Communicate application decisions and invitations
• Send information about future Tables (only with your consent)

Legal basis (GDPR)

We process application data based on your consent when you submit an application, and our legitimate interest in reviewing applications and organising NODO Tables.

Marketing communications are sent only where you have given separate, explicit consent via the opt-in checkbox.

How long we keep it

Application data is kept for as long as needed to process your application and any resulting Table participation. If you opt in to marketing, we retain your details until you withdraw consent or ask us to delete them.
